About modification and amendments in the Law "About Local Self-government"

Article 1. In Item 11 of part 1 of article 35 of the Law of May 7, 2002 ZR-337 "About local self-government" (further – "Law"):

To add 2) with the new offer of the following content: "Before tender on substitution of vacant position of the head of municipal non-profit organization will take place, the head of community can appoint the acting as the head of municipal non-profit organization no more than six months. If the announced competition is considered not taken place, then the term of continuance in office of the acting as can be prolonged once of three years;".

Article 2.

1. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.

2. In municipal non-profit organizations in which the acting as the head of municipal non-profit organization as of day of entry into force of this Law actually works more than six months in two-month time after entry into force of this Law tender is appointed to substitution of vacant position of the head of municipal non-profit organization, stipulated in Item 11 parts 1 of article 35 of the Law.
