About entering of amendment into the Law "About Local Self-government"

Article 1. Article 89 of the Law of May 7, 2002 ZR-337 "About local self-government" to add with part 4 following of content:
"4. From share part of the budget of community the capital programs performed in case of joint financing of community, and (or) acquisition of capital asset, if created, subjected to change or capital assets acquired as a result can be financed will be enlisted on balance of community with the property right.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
