Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic according to Presidential decrees of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of emergency state in the territory of the city of Jalal-Abad and Suzaksky district of the Jalal-Abad region of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 24, 2020 No. 57, "About introduction of emergency state in the territory of the city of Osh, Nookatsky and Cara-Suysky districts of the Osh region of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 24, 2020 No. 56, "About introduction of emergency state in the territory of the city of Bishkek of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 24, 2020 No. 55, being guided by article 20 and 68 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, banks and banking activity", decides:
