Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 30, Art. 4571; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7649; 2013, No. 52, Art. 6961; 2015, No. 27, Art. 3947; 2016, No. 15, Art. 2066; 2018, No. 1, Art. 65, 89; 2019, No. 31, Art. 4422) following changes:

1) part 1 of Article 3.5 after the words "are the state secret" to add with the words "or if such procurement is conducted within accomplishment of the state defense order for the purpose of ensuring defense and safety of the Russian Federation regarding orders for creation, upgrade, deliveries, repair, field service and utilization of arms, the military and special equipment, for development, production and deliveries of the space equipment and objects of space infrastructure";

2) paragraph one of part 15 of article 4 after the words "being the state secret" to add with words of "data on the procurement conducted within accomplishment of the state defense order for the purpose of ensuring defense and safety of the Russian Federation regarding orders for creation, upgrade, deliveries, repair, field service and utilization of arms, the military and special equipment, for development, production and deliveries of the space equipment and objects of space infrastructure".
