1. To the State Tax Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to transfer to the jurisdiction of the State committee of information technologies and bonds of the Kyrgyz Republic Public institution "IT service" under the State Tax Administration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic with property complex.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 24.03.2020 No. 183

3. To the state committee of information technologies and communication of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- accept the public institution specified in Item 1 of this resolution in the maintaining;

- take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

4. Determine that the Public institution "IT service" under the State committee of information technologies and communication of the Kyrgyz Republic is legal successor of Public institution "IT service" under the State Tax Administration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
