About temporary terms of submission of the reporting by commercial banks and non-bank financial credit institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic to National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic
Due to the situation which developed because of pandemic of COVID-19, and for the purpose of preserving stability in bank and financial systems of the country according to articles 20 and 68 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, banks and banking activity" the Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Establish the following temporary terms of provision of monthly and quarterly reports by commercial banks in National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- according to Sections 1-18, 19, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 37 periodic regulating bank statements, the provided Provision "About the Periodic Regulating Bank Statement" approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of August 25, 2005 No. 26/5, - no later than the 20th following the accounting period.
At the same time terms of provision of daily and weekly reports (26, 27, 28, 34, 35 and 36 Sections) are left without changes;
- the periodic regulating consolidated statements provided by the Provision "About the Periodic Regulating Consolidated Statements" approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of June 28, 2019 No. 2019-P-12/34-4-(NPA) - no later than the 30th following the accounting period.
