Article 1

Subitem 11 to state 1) in the following edition:

"11) approval of procedure of control of the normative legal regulation performed by public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation regarding implementation of social payments to the citizens recognized in accordance with the established procedure as the unemployed;";

To add 2) with subitem 11.1 of the following content:

Article 2

b) declare subitem 6 invalid;

c) add subitem 7 with words ", with the right of the direction of instructions about reduction of regulatory legal acts of the subjects of the Russian Federation adopted concerning implementation of delegated powers in compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation";

d) state subitem 10 in the following edition:

"10) makes in the Government of the Russian Federation the offers prepared according to the subitem 2 of item 4 of this Article on withdrawal of the delegated powers specified in Item 1 of this Article at public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation;";
