About modification of the Regulations on procedure for determination of agent banks of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

According to Item and Item 5 parts three of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED 10 parts one:

1. Make changes to the Regulations on procedure for determination of agent banks of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 12, 2012 No. 6, registered on September 04, 2012 for No. 1494/21806, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. The banks included in the list of agent banks of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits as of day of entry into force of this decision keep the status of agent bank to exception them from among agent banks according to the rules and procedures determined by this Provision.

3. To provide to department of methodology, strategic planning and European integration together with legal department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

4. This decision becomes effective in 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

5. To provide to department of public relations and financial education placement of this decision on the official site of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the Internet after its state registration.

6. Control over the implementation of this decision to leave for the managing director of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits the Recruit S.
