Reducing the corresponding amounts can be made by savings and loan association or non-bank credit institution unilaterally without the consent of debtors.

2. If the debtor/leasing recipient will not pay payments according to the predefined schedule according to agreements of the credit (loan) / financial leasing for the period from March 17, 2020 to June 30, 2020, the savings and loan association or non-bank credit institution can support till June 30, 2020 loss reserves on granted loans (loans) / to financial leasing, according to classification on March 17, 2020.
