1. Approve the enclosed Rules of control of activities of operators of technical inspection.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Federal Law "About Introduction of Amendments to the Federal Law "About Technical Inspection of Vehicles and About Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" and Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation".

1. These rules regulate implementation by professional association of insurers of control of activities of operators of technical inspection (further - control).
2. Control is exercised by professional association of insurers behind observance:
a) the requirements of accreditation and requirements to technical experts established by the Federal Law "About Technical Inspection of Vehicles and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" and other regulatory legal acts;
b) requirements to submission of information in the single automated information system of technical inspection, the register of operators of technical inspection and other information resources which operator is the professional association of the insurers established by the Federal Law "About Technical Inspection of Vehicles and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" and other regulatory legal acts;
