About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 26, 2019 No. 515

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 26, 2019 No. 515 "About system of marking of goods means of identification and traceability of movement of goods" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 19, Art. 2279; 2020, No. 10, Art. 1345).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 26, 2019 No. 515

1. In Rules of marking of the goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification, approved by the specified resolution:

a) to add Item 2 after the paragraph of the twelfth with the paragraph of the following content:

"the disposal registration device" - the technical tool of information exchange intended for transfer to information system of monitoring of data on conclusion from turnover of goods, including the hardware-software cryptography (cryptographic) technical tool of check of codes of check concerning which the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation issues the document on its compliance to the established requirements to the cryptographic (cryptographic) means of information protection operating concerning the cryptography (cryptographic) tools intended for check of codes of marking;";

b) add with Item 10 (1) the following content:
