About measures for state regulation and control of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products

For the purpose of ensuring effective state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. To the Ministry of Agriculture, the food industry and melioration of the Kyrgyz Republic to transfer to the State Tax Administration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) functions on state regulation and control of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products, licensing of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, production and turnover (storage for the purpose of production or realization, wholesale and retail sale) to alcoholic products, declaring of production volumes and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products;

2) 26 established posts with the corresponding budget financing (in all respects expenses) and material and technical resources.

2. To the State Tax Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the Ministry of Agriculture, the food industry and melioration of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) in two weeks to form the interdepartmental commissions for reception-transmission in accordance with the established procedure of budget financing and material equipment;

2) to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.
