Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72

1. Establish selling price on natural gas without the value added tax in case of settlement heat of combustion of 7900 kcal/CBM in case of Belarusian ruble exchange rate in relation to 2,1085:1 US dollar to the gas supplying organizations which are part of the national production association on fuel and gasification of Beltopgaz by delivery through system of the gas supplying organizations (resellers) to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs whose main type of economic activity is production of sugar in case of the consumed amount of natural gas in 2019 to 600 million cubic meters:

from May 1 to August 31 - 555, Belarusian ruble for 1000 CBM, except for productions of sugar from sugar syrup from May 1 to July 31;

from May 1 to July 31 for production of sugar from sugar syrup - 316,27 of Belarusian ruble for 1000 CBM;

from September 1 to December 31 - 316,27 of Belarusian ruble for 1000 CBM.

2. In case of variation of the actual average monthly heat of combustion from estimated price on natural gas, specified in Item 1 of this resolution, are recalculated taking into account the actual heat of combustion on formula

where Tsf - the actual price is over 1000 CBM of natural gas;

C - stated price for 1000 CBM of natural gas;

Qf - the actual average monthly heat of combustion determined on border of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation.
