About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of conducting transactions with the primary goods containing precious metals" of September 14, 2017 No. 570

For the purpose of establishment of transition period and ensuring uninterrupted production process of subsurface use, and also reduction in compliance of domestic situations, being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of conducting transactions with the primary goods containing precious metals" of September 14, 2017 No. 570 the following changes:

To add 1) with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. The requirement to the inspection company regarding accreditation according to the ISO/IEC standard 17020, provided by the paragraph the fourth item 4 and paragraph one of Item 13 of the Procedure for export from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and import to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of the ores, concentrates and waste containing precious metals and the accompanying extracted metals, approved by the above-stated resolution, is applied since September 1, 2020.";
