Determine that in case of acceptance for the purpose of ensuring sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population in the territory of the Russian Federation in connection with spread of new koronavirusny infection by the President of the Russian Federation decisions on establishment of non-working days, during such non-working days when implementing purchase:

a) the terms provided by the Federal Law "About Contractual System in the field of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" (further - the Federal Law) and the regulatory legal acts adopted according to it about contractual system in the field of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs, estimated in the working days, are subject to calculation in calendar days.
