About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Moldova No. 122/2003 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 248-251, 699), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. The prolog of part (4) articles 58 after words "being the torture victim, brutal or degrading treatment", to add with words "the victim of human trafficking and the victim of trade in children,".
2. In part (4) Article 166 of the word "Item 2) parts (1) Article 273." shall be replaced with words "part (5) Article 273.".
3. Part (Article 265 to state 2) in the following edition:
"(2) the Refusal of criminal prosecution authority to accept the claim or denunciation about preparation or crime execution can be appealed by person who declared the claim or denunciation according to Article 298 and, respectively, Article 299-1 to the prosecutor or, depending on circumstances, to the higher prosecutor in 15-day time from the date of its acquaintance with the relevant resolution. The resolution of the prosecutor or the higher prosecutor can be appealed to the judge on criminal prosecution in 10-day time from the date of acquaintance with the relevant resolution.".
4. Part (Article 313 to state 3) in the following edition:
"(3) the Complaint can be made to the judge on criminal prosecution in the location of the body which allowed violation, in 10-day time from the date of acquaintance with result of consideration of the claim or from the date of the expiration of the time provided by the law in which the answer to the claim shall be received.".
5. In part (1) Article 332 of the word "the Items 5)-9) of Article 275, Items 1), 2), 4), 5) parts (1) Articles 285," shall be replaced with words "the Items 5)-9) of Article 275, part (2) Articles 285,".
6. In Article 521:
