About introduction of amendments to the Law on mail service No. 36/2016

This law shifts Items 1, 3 and 4 Articles 1 of the Directive 2002/39/EC of the European Parliament and Council of June 10, 2002 about change of the Directive 97/67/EU on further opening for the competition of post services of Community published in the Official magazine of the European Communities L 176 of July 5, 2002; Item 1, subitems b), c), f) and l) Item 2, the subitem a) Item 3, Items 8, 10, 14 and the subitem a) Item 15 of Article 1 of the Directive 2008/6/EC of the European Parliament and Council of February 20, 2008 about change of the Directive 97/67/EU on the complete realization of the domestic market of post services of Community published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 52 of February 27, 2008 and also provisions of the World post convention and the Final protocol to it ratified by the Law No. 44/2018.

Art. I. - In the Law on mail service No. 36/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 114-122, 225), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In all text of the law of the word "public post network" shall be replaced with words "the post network" in the corresponding case.

2. After formula of acceptance to add the law with formula of harmonization of the following content:
