About organization of some measures of support of citizens and business activity during emergency state and about modification of some regulations

This organic law is adopted based on provisions of article 106-1 of the Constitution by acceptance by the Government of responsibility to Parliament.

Art. I. - For the purpose of support of business activity for mitigation of negative effects of epidemiological situation (COVID-19) for economy the mechanism of subsidizing is established as follows:

(1) Subjects of subsidizing

Subjects of subsidizing are the companies and non-profit organizations - residents of the Republic of Moldova which entered technical idle time and/or idle time according to provisions of Articles 80 and 80-1 of the Labor code of the Republic of Moldova No. 154/2003.

(2) Size of subsidies

1. The subsidy in the amount of the amount of the paid income tax, fees of compulsory national social insurance paid by the employer, individual fees of compulsory national social insurance and the paid employer and the worker of the fees of compulsory medical insurance estimated as a percentage of the benefit/salary of the workers who are in technical idle time and/or idle time is provided to subjects of subsidizing which fully or partially stopped the activities according to decisions of the National extraordinary commission on public health and/or orders of the Commission on emergency situations of the Republic of Moldova.
