About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446 "About some questions of the Ministry of Health and measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2011 No. 360" the following changes:
1.1. to state the name of the resolution in the following edition:
"About questions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus";
1.2. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).";
1.3. add the resolution with Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. Determine the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.";
1.4. add the resolution with appendix it (is applied);
1.5. in Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. In the activities the Ministry of Health is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 1993 No. 2435-XII "About health care", other acts of the legislation, including this Provision.";
add Item 8 with subitems 8.31-4-8.31-6 of the following content:
"8.31-4. approves drafts of technical regulations of the Republic of Belarus and the Eurasian Economic Union establishing requirements to safety and harmlessness of products, the processes connected with product lifecycle for life and health of the population;
8.31-5. issues the conclusions by standard curricula in the cases determined by legal acts;
