About modification of some regulations

Art. I. - In the Code of the constitutional jurisdiction No. 502/1995 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, Art. No. 53-54, 597), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Art. III. - Item l) parts (1) article 22 of the Code about elections No. 1381/1997 (repeated publication: 2017, 768), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 451-463, in the following edition:

"l) annually till March 31 submits reports at plenary meeting to Parliament, and also sends to their copy to the President of the Republic of Moldova and the Government for informing;".

Art. IV. - Part (2) article 20 of the Law on Service of information and safety of the Republic of Moldova No. 753/1999 (1999, No. 156, the Art. 764), with subsequent changes, after the word "annually" to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the words "till June 1".
