About modification of appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 24, 2019 No. 1109

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make change to appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 24, 2019 No. 1109 "About approval of inventories which export and import is subject to licensing, and quotas for 2020" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 3, the Art. 154, No. 25, the Art. 941, No. 26, the Art. 973) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 2, 2020 No. 260, having added notes to it with Item 5 of the following content:

"5. Export out of limits of customs area of Ukraine in customs regime of re-export according to requirements of the Customs code of Ukraine of goods, including the products of conversion made in customs regime of conversion of goods on customs area of Ukraine based on the external economic agreements which do not provide transition of the property right from the Ukrainian subjects of foreign economic activity to foreign business entities is performed without licenses.".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
