1. Bring in the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of August 20, 2013 No. 1523 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for creation, registration of share issue, issue of the banking license and general license for implementation of currency transactions to transitional bank", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 11, 2013 for No. 1568/24100, the following changes:

To exclude 1) in heading of the word "and general license for implementation of currency transactions";

To exclude 2) in Item 1 of the word "and general license for implementation of currency transactions".

2. Approve Changes in Regulations on procedure for creation, registration of share issue, issue of the banking license and general license for the implementation of currency transactions to transitional bank approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of August 20, 2013 No. 1523, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 11, 2013 for No. 1568/24100.
