2. Determine that agreements on provision of contribution to the authorized (share) capital of the legal entity, in property of the legal entity including who is not increasing its authorized (share) capital which source of financial provision fully or partially is the subsidy provided from the federal budget are created in electronic form, and also are signed by the strengthened qualified digital signatures of persons having the right to act on behalf of each of agreement parties, in the state integrated management information system public finance "The electronic budget" <1>.
