About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 28, 2001 No. 368, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 26, 2001 for No. 841/6032 (with changes), such changes:

Item 2 of Chapter 3 of the Section IV to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. The bank creates the buffer of inventory (preservation) of the capital in the amount of percent 2,5.

The buffer of inventory (preservation) of the capital is calculated from the total amount of risk.

The decision on start date of forming by banks of the buffer of inventory (preservation) of the capital and the schedule of step-by-step achievement of the established size is accepted by Board of National Bank.
