Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

in the subitem 1) to replace the words "disabled people and participants" with the word "veterans";

state subitem 1-1) in the following edition:

add with subitem 1-2) of the following content:

And "disabled people and participants" to replace 4) in Article 74 of the word of "disabled people and participants" respectively with words of "veterans" and "veterans";

The subitem 1) to state 5) to part one of Item 1 of Article 118 in the following edition:

"1) the veterans of the Great Patriotic War and veterans equated on privileges to veterans of the Great Patriotic War and also combat veterans in the territory of other states listed in subitems 1), 2), 3), 4) and 5) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About veterans";";

6) in Article 120:

2) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"2) participants of the Great Patriotic War, and also persons equated on privileges to participants of the Great Patriotic War;";

add with subitem 2-1) of the following content:

"4) not entered repeated scrap of the spouse (spouses) of the died disabled person of the Great Patriotic War or person equated on privileges to disabled people of the Great Patriotic War, and also the spouse (spouse) of the died participant of the Great Patriotic War, the guerrilla, the underground worker, the citizen awarded with the medal "For Defense of Leningrad" or sign to "The resident of besieged Leningrad" who was recognized disabled people as a result of general disease, labor mutilation and other reasons (except for illegal);";

in the subitem 7) shall be replaced with words the words "About the Public Social Benefits on Disability, on the occasion of Loss of the Supporter and on Age in the Republic of Kazakhstan" "About the public social benefits on disability and on the occasion of loss of the supporter in the Republic of Kazakhstan";

2) in Article 7 part three:

1) and 2) to state subitems in the following edition:

"1) to veterans of the Great Patriotic War - 16,0 of monthly settlement indicator;

2) to the combat veterans in the territory of other states listed in subitems 1), 2), 3), 4) and 5) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About veterans" - 6,19 of monthly settlement indicator;";

add with subitem 2-1) of the following content:

"To 2-1) combat veterans in the territory of other states listed in subitems 6), 7) and 8) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About veterans" - 4,8 of monthly settlement indicator;";

in subitems 3) and 4) to exclude the words "and to guarantees";

7) and 9) to state subitems in the following edition:

10) and 10-2) to exclude subitems;

12) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"12) to persons from among participants of mitigation of consequences of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl nuclear power plant in 1988-1989 evacuated (independently left) of exclusion zones and settling out to the Republic of Kazakhstan, including children who on the date of evacuation were in pre-natal condition - 4,8 of monthly settlement indicator;";

in subitems 13) and 14) shall be replaced with words the words "About the Public Social Benefits on Disability, on the occasion of Loss of the Supporter and on Age in the Republic of Kazakhstan" "About the public social benefits on disability and on the occasion of loss of the supporter in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

In case of the death of the serviceman of family, listed in the subitem 1) of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About veterans", have the right to free pass to the place of burial and back (but no more than three people), and also to the chosen residence within six months from the date of the death of the serviceman.".
