Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

According to the procedure of work of the organizations performing refining of precious metals, No. 972 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 17, 1998 "About approval of the Operating procedure of the organizations performing refining of precious metals, and the list of the organizations having the right to perform refining of precious metals" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 34, of Art. 4097; 2015, No. 44, Art. 6130; 2018, No. 5, Art. 752):

a) in paragraph one of Item 7 of the word "Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "Federal assay chamber";

b) in paragraph one of Item 8 of the word "federal state institution "The Russian State Assay Chamber under the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "Federal assay chamber".
