About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in item 4 of the Regulations on the State committee on science and technologies of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2004 No. 282:
state subitems 4.9-5 and 4.9-9 in the following edition:
"4.9-5. determines lists of the data on the request for right to use provision by geographical specifying published on the official site of patent body in the global computer Internet, data on registration of topology of integral chip, the geographical specifying and provision of right to use by it published in the statement of patent body;";
"4.9-9. determines procedure for maintaining the State register of inventions of the Republic of Belarus, the State register of useful models of the Republic of Belarus, the State register of industrial designs of the Republic of Belarus, the State register of the protected plant varieties of the Republic of Belarus, the State register of topology of integral chips of the Republic of Belarus, the State register of trademarks and service marks of the Republic of Belarus, the State register of the geographical instructions of the Republic of Belarus, and also structure entered in the specified state registers of data;";
