About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 1997 No. 837 and of July 10, 2009 No. 917

In pursuance of item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 10, 2020 "About increase in level of social protection of citizens in connection with appeal on compulsory military service, service in reserve" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 48

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Rules of the individual (personified) accounting of the insured faces in system of the national social insurance approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 1997 No. 837:

in Item 8 part one the word of "foreigner" shall be replaced with words "the foreign citizen, the stateless person";

state Item 9 in the following edition:

"9. The PU-2 form is filled and it is represented on insured persons the employer based on orders (orders) on employment and dismissal from work.

In case of suspension according to the legislation of effective period of the employment contract at the former employer the PU-2 form is filled and it is represented on insured persons the employer with whom the new employment contract is signed.

In case of transfer (except for temporary transfer) insured persons in the representations and branches allocated for separate balance (further - branches), the PU-2 form is filled and it is represented on insured persons branches to which insured persons are transferred.
