"The announcement or cancellation of warlike situation on all territory or in certain areas of the Azerbaijan Republic, prolongation of effective period of warlike situation, procedure for providing the mode of warlike situation, providing the rights and freedoms in the period of warlike situation, and also other questions connected with warlike situation are regulated by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About warlike situation".".
