About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic (in the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public health care", "About Civil protection")

"Article 21. Restrictive actions (quarantine)

In case of threat of origin and spread of infectious diseases temporary restrictive actions (quarantine) are entered.

Introduction of temporary restrictive actions (quarantine) provides:

- complete isolation of the epidemic center, settlements and all zone of quarantine with establishment of armed security forces (cordon);

- strict control of entrance and departure of the population and export of property from quarantine zone;

- prohibition of journey through the center of infection of road transport and stops out of the allocated places in case of transit of rail transport;

- creation of observators and holding actions for observation of the persons which were in the center and disposed out of limits of quarantine zone;

- early identification of infectious patients, their isolation and hospitalization in specially allocated organizations of health care;

- restriction of engagement between separate national groups and procedure for use of individual protection equipment;
