ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About formation of Committee on development of the interethnic relations of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and some questions of state-owned property
(Extraction)

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Form Committee on development of the interethnic relations of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Liquidate republican public institution "Center of theological examination" of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To the ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from Item 2 of this resolution;

2) to take other measures following from this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
