About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 8, 2020 No. 208

Based on Article 7 and part five of article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012 "About sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 340-Z

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 8, 2020 No. 208 "About introduction of restrictive action" the following changes:

1.1. third subitem 3.2 of Item 3 after words of "respiratory symptoms" to add the paragraph with the words "if such citizens are children aged up to 10 years and visit organization of preschool or general secondary education (further-minor citizens)";

1.2. add the resolution with Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1. The citizens having infection of COVID-19, inform officials of the bodies and organizations exercising the state sanitary inspection, the state bodies exercising control of activities in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population about possible source of the infection, represent the information about persons who had with them contact about places of the stay.

The citizens having infection of COVID-19, and also the citizens belonging to contacts of the first level with persons having COVID-19, infection without fail undergo medical examination.";
