According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and item 4 of appendix №1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning benzyl alcohol, vanillin (4-hydroxy-3-metoksibenzaldegida) and ethylvanillin (3-ethoxy-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde) classified by codes 2906 21 000 0, 2912 41 000 0 and 2912 42 000 0 CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date this Decision till June 30, 2022 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) the following changes:

a) 0, 2912 41 000 0 and 2912 42 000 0 CN FEA EEU in the column of the fourth to add line items with codes 2906 21 000 with the reference to the note "73C)";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 73C of the following content:
