About approval of measure values and criteria of activities of the legal entity, stipulated in Item 2 parts 12 of article 383 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation"
According to Item 2 of part 12 of article 383 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed measure values and criteria of activities of the legal entity performing activities for production of goods and (or) exporting goods for inclusion of such person in the register of Authorized Economic Operators with issue of the certificate on inclusion in the register of Authorized Economic Operators of the second type if financial stability of the specified person does not correspond to the value determined according to Item 7 of Article 433 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
