Determine that in 2020 concerning legal entities, individual entrepreneurs carried according to article 4 of the Federal law "About Development of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation" to subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship, data on which are included in the unified register of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship, and also concerning non-profit organizations which average number of workers for 2019 does not exceed 200 people, except for of the political parties and non-profit organizations included in the register of the non-profit organizations performing functions of the foreign agent are carried out only:

a) unscheduled inspections, the bases for which carrying out are the facts of damnification of life, to health of citizens or threats of damnification of life, to health of citizens, emergence of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature and which carrying out is approved by bodies of prosecutor's office;

b) the unscheduled inspections appointed for the purpose of check of execution of earlier issued instruction about taking measures, the violations directed to elimination attracting direct threat of damnification of life and to health of citizens whose carrying out is approved by bodies of prosecutor's office;
