About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine for the purpose of preserving the environment concerning strengthening of responsibility for the actions directed to pollution of atmospheric air and destruction or damage of objects of flora

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

1) in Article 77:

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts one of the word "from five to fifteen" "from ninety to two hundred seventy", and shall be replaced with words the words "from fifteen to fifty" "from two hundred seventy to nine hundred";

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts two of the word "from fifteen to fifty" "from two hundred seventy to nine hundred", and shall be replaced with words the words "from thirty five to sixty" "from six hundred thirty to one thousand eight hundred";

2) in Article 77-1:

in part one:

word in paragraph one "permissions of state control bodies in the field of protection of the surrounding environment or with violation of conditions of such permission, and also rejection by person who got permission to burning out of the specified vegetation or its remaining balance and fallen leaves, measures for their timely suppression" shall be replaced with words "observance of the procedure established by the federal executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of environmental protection";

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "from ten to twenty" "from hundred eighty to three hundred sixty", and shall be replaced with words the words "from fifty to seventy" "from nine hundred to one thousand two hundred sixty";
