"X. Features of regulation of the relations connected with rendering services in transfer of electrical energy in connection with introduction of measures for non-admission of spread of new koronavirusny infection

76. Since April 1, 2020 to the 1st following after month in which the non-working days established by regulatory legal acts of the President of the Russian Federation about measures for ensuring sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population in the territory of the Russian Federation in connection with spread of new koronavirusny infection for the purpose of scoping of the services in transfer of electrical energy paid by the consumer of electrical energy (capacity) for settlement period for the rate reflecting the specific size of maintenance costs of power networks, the two-part price (rate) for services in transfer of electrical energy expire, working days (working days) days Monday through Friday are recognized, except as specified, when the specified days are non-working holidays or the working days for which the days off, according to the labor law of the Russian Federation are postponed.".

Duration of the terms of accomplishment of the actions and procedures provided by these rules and Administrative regulations of provision by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation of the state service in approval of investing programs of subjects of power industry approved by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation which did not expire as of the date of entry into force of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 30, 2020 No. 628 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in connection with introduction of the measures for non-admission of spread of new koronavirusny infection in the territory of the Russian Federation" and determined by the expiration of period of time increases by the number of the non-working days established by regulatory legal acts of the President of the Russian Federation for the purpose of ensuring sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population in the territory of the Russian Federation, falling on the period of current of these terms.
