About modification of Item 17 (1) appendices to Rules of recognition of person by the disabled person

Item 17 (1) appendices to Rules of recognition of person by the disabled person approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 20, 2006 No. 95 "About procedure and conditions of recognition of person by the disabled person" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 9, Art. 1018; 2019, No. 26, of the Art. 3467) to state in the following edition:
"17(1). The category "handicapped child" before achievement of age of 18 years is established in case of survey of children:
a) with insulin-dependent diabetes;
b) with malignant new growth of eye after carrying out transaction on removal of eyeball.".
