About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning civil responsibility in the field of use of atomic energy

2. In the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 12, 2016 "About use of atomic energy" (Sheets of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2016, No. 1, Art. 1; 2018, No. 10, Art. 32; 2019, Art. No. 21-22, 90, 91):

1) in Article 1:

add with subitem 1-1) of the following content:

"1-1) special drawing rights - the unit of account determined by the International Monetary Fund and used by it for transactions and transactions;";

33) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"33) nuclear installation - the installation including rooms, constructions and the equipment on which it is performed one or several of the listed types of activity: production, conversion, use, transportation, storage, burial of nuclear material, except for installations for production and (or) conversion of natural uranium or thorium;";
