About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning emergency state

Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1. In the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 8, 2003 "About emergency state" (Sheets of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, No. 3, Art. 18; 2006, No. 2, Art. 14; 2007, No. 9, Art. 67; 2008, No. 6-7, of Art. 27; 2009, No. 8, Art. 44; 2010, No. 7, Art. 32; 2011, No. 5, Art. 43; 2013, No. 14, Art. 72; 2014, No. 7, Art. 37; 2015, No. 1, Art. 2; 2017, No. 11, Art. 29; 2018, No. 24, Art. 93; 2019, Art. No. 5-6, 27):

Heading of Chapter 4 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Chapter 4. The measures and temporary restrictions applied in the conditions of emergency state and the crisis situation which arose in this regard in the social and economic sphere";

2) in Article 15:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"1. In case of introduction of emergency state for its action the following main measures and temporary restrictions are provided:";

add with Item 2 following of content:

"2. For ensuring economic safety of the country during introduction of emergency state and the arisen with respect thereto crisis situation in the social and economic sphere according to acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan features of operation of the tax, budget, customs, bank, labor, antitrust law, the legislation about health of the people and health care system, public procurements, currency control, in spheres of social protection of citizens, state-owned property, concerning protection of the competition, the state control and supervision, implementation of the international obligations of the country can be established.";
