Declare invalid the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of March 21, 2006 No. 187 "About approval of the Regulations on order of registration of release of hypothecation certificates which are issued in paperless form, information on their release and the report on results of release of hypothecation certificates", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 18, 2006 for No. 451/12325 (with changes).

2. To provide to management of methodology of corporate management and corporate finances (Peresunko D.):

submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

3. This decision becomes effective since July 1, 2020, but not earlier than the day following behind day of its official publication.
