About modification of Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning counteraction to abuses of the rights of People's Deputies of Ukraine during the legislative procedure

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Introduce in the Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved by the Law of Ukraine "About Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. No. 14 - 17, Art. 133 with subsequent changes), the following changes:

1) the first offer of part one of Article 119 to add with words and figures "except case of consideration of the bill on special procedure (Article 119-1 of these Regulations)";

To add 2) with Article 119-1 of the following content:

"Article 119-1. Special procedure of consideration of bills in the second reading

1. In case of representation to the bill which prepares for the second reading (except the draft of the code, the bill which is considered by the Verkhovna Rada according to the special procedure), offers, amendments to quantity, which five times or more exceeds the number of Articles of the draft of primary legal act or quantity of Items of the project on modification of primary legal acts, but at least 500 offers, amendments, such bill can be considered on special procedure, excellent from established by Articles 119, of 120, of 121 these Regulations.
