About modification of the Regulations on implementation of transactions with currency values

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 44, of 45, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About currency and currency transactions", for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on implementation of transactions with currency values approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 2, 2019 No. 2 (with changes), such changes:

1) in the Section IV:

to add Item 27 after subitem 2 with new subitem 2-1 of the following content:

"To 2-1) transactions on placement, payment of cash income and bond redemption, the treasury obligations of Ukraine nominated in foreign currency if it is provided by the prospectus of securities or the decision on issue of securities (for government securities - conditions of their placement);";

to add the subitem 2 of Item 32 with words ", and transactions on introduction of cash pledge which are performed according to provisions of the Customs code of Ukraine";

Item 38 of the Section V to state 2) in the following edition:

"38. Transfer by the client - physical person out of limits of Ukraine in foreign currency can be initiated through bank, non-bank organization which is participant of international payment system in national currency. Clients - physical persons can use for carrying out such transfer of means in national currency as in cash, and non-cash form.
