About modification of the Regulations on procedure and calculation of expenses of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on deduction and sale of pledged property

According to Item 10 parts one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", for the purpose of implementation of requirements of paragraph two of part three of article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED:

1. Bring in Regulations on procedure and calculation of expenses of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the deduction and sale of pledged property approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of February 11, 2016 No. 138, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 4, 2016 for No. 353/28483, the following changes:

1) in Item 2 of the Section II:

subitem in paragraph one 1, the subitem to replace 3 figures of "6,0" with figures "12";

subitem in paragraph one to replace the 4th figure and the word "3 percent" with figures and the word "12 percent";

Paragraph one of item 4 of appendix to the Provision to state 2) in the following edition:

"4. The fund carries separately out calculations for such asset types as fixed assets and rights to claim for the credits. Based on the received results the Fund perfroms measure calculation which is arithmetic average the value rounded by the rules of mathematics calculated based on the received values of results of these calculations. This indicator is accepted by Fund as the cost level, compensated to Fund for such realized assets as fixed assets, rights to claim on the credits and other types of property.".
