Based on part 3 of article 83 of the Federal Law of August 3, 2018 No. 289-FZ "About customs regulation in the Russian Federation and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 32, the Art. 5082) and Item 1 of the Regulations on the Federal Customs Service approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 16, 2013 No. 809 (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 38, Art. 4823; 2016, to No. 17, of the Art. 2399), I order:

1. Approve the enclosed Technology of making of the customs transactions connected using information system of customs authorities for control of movement of goods when exporting and (or) importing which licensing is applied.

2. To provide to customs authority (V. Yu. Skiba) central information technically, Head department of information technologies of FCS of Russia (G. V. Peschansky) necessary completion of information software of the Single automated information system of the customs authorities used by customs authorities when making customs transactions with goods when exporting and (or) importing which licensing is applied.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy manager of FCS of Russia responsible for the corresponding activity.

4. This order becomes effective after thirty days after day of its official publication.
