About some questions of import to the Republic of Kazakhstan and operation by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the separate vehicles registered in the Republic of Armenia

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan till March 1, 2023 in the procedure established by the legislation to take measures on:

1) registration of vehicles with left-side arrangement of the governing bodies registered on citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in authorized bodies of the Republic of Armenia and imported into the Republic of Kazakhstan till February 1, 2020 with payment of collection for state registration according to subitem 1.1 of item 4 of article 553 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the state fees according to article 615 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) to approval like the state registration registration plates appropriated in case of registration of the vehicles specified in the subitem 1) of Item 1 of this resolution;

3) to ensuring making of registration actions concerning the registered vehicles specified in the subitem 1) of Item 1 of this resolution in cases of adoption by the owner of the decision on its primary registration or export out of limits of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To provide to the ministry of digital development, innovations and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan when implementing vehicle registration storage poste restante by owners of originals of registration documents and the state registration registration plates of the vehicles issued by authorized bodies of the Republic of Armenia and their issue in case of export of the vehicles specified in the subitem 1) of Item 1 of this resolution out of limits of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To the Ministries of Finance, the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide possibility of payment of the tax liabilities and passing of obligatory technical inspection to owners of the registered vehicles specified in the subitem 1) of Item 1 of this resolution.
