According to Articles 7, of 15, of 33, of 34, of 35, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of ensuring currency circulation the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine SOLVED:

1. Introduce into circulation since June 3, 2020 turnover coins nominal of 10 hryvnias.

2. Everyday coins nominal of 10 hryvnias are the legal means of payment in the territory of Ukraine which are in circulation together with banknotes nominal of 10 hryvnias of previous years of release and turnover commemorative coins nominal of 10 hryvnias of special releases and are obligatory to:

1) to acceptance on their nominal value all physical persons and legal entities without any restrictions in all territory of Ukraine on all payment types;

2) to transfer into accounts, deposits, letters of credit;

3) to implementation of transfers.

3. (Vladimir Baglay) to provide to banknote mint production of everyday coins with nominal of 10 hryvnias (within planned amount of production for 2020) and their shipment to the central storage.

4. To the central storage (Vitaly Brik) according to the procedure, established by regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine to perform reinforcement of inventories of cash of divisions of currency circulation in regions of Department of currency circulation of the National Bank of Ukraine, Central storage and Operations department turnover coins nominal of 10 hryvnias.

5. To divisions of currency circulation in regions of Department of currency circulation of the National Bank of Ukraine and to the Central storage according to the procedure, established by regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine to perform issue to banks of Ukraine of everyday coins nominal of 10 hryvnias.
