About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2012 No. 229
For the purpose of enhancement of the relations in the field of purchases of goods (works, services) at the expense of own means the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. The second Item 1 of appendix 1 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2012 No. 229 "About enhancement of the relations in the field of purchases of goods (works, services) at the expense of own means" to add part with the words "or at the exchange biddings".
2. Recommend to local councils of deputies to bring into accord with this resolution the regulatory legal acts determining procurement procedure of goods (works, services) at the expense of own means municipal unitary enterprises, national associations, other legal entities whose property is in utility property, or economic societies in which authorized capitals more than 25 percent of shares (shares) belong to administrative and territorial unit and (or) the organizations which property is in utility property.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
