About modification of Rules of forming and maintaining databases about investors

1. Bring in the Rules of forming and maintaining databases about investors approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 9, 2012 No. 3, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 23, 2012 for No. 1430/21742 (in edition of the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on September 25, 2014 No. 99) (further - Rules) the following changes:

The subitem 1 of Item 12 of the Section II to add 1) with the new paragraph of such content:

"the transactions placed on accounts, on which are suspended according to the Law of Ukraine "About prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction";";

2) in appendices to Rules:

"*" to appendix 5 to add footnote with the new paragraph of such content:

"66 - for the deposits placed on accounts on which transactions are suspended according to the Law of Ukraine "About prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction".";
