About requirements to credit institutions which can service bank accounts of the Federal Treasury, and also the single treasurer account in foreign currency and perform transactions with means of the federal budget and budgets of state non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation

According to Article 156 of the Budget code of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that credit institutions which can service the bank accounts of the Federal Treasury intended for issue and cash deposit of money and implementation of calculations for separate transactions of participants of system of the treasurer payments determined by Article 242.8 of the Budget code of the Russian Federation, selected by territorial authorities of the Federal Treasury according to the budget legislation of the Russian Federation shall be included:

in the list of banks, stipulated in Item 3 articles 74.1 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, - for servicing of accounts in currency of the Russian Federation;

in the list of the banks determined by the Federal Law on the federal budget for the next financial year and planning period - for servicing of accounts in foreign currency.

2. Determine that in foreign currency the banks determined by the Federal Law on the federal budget for the next financial year and planning period can service the single treasurer account.
